The Path to Pro
Your training journey from recruit to responding firefighter.
Application & Orientation
Submit your interest and attend a monthly Meeting. Meet the crew and learn about our operations and expectations.
Probationary Period
A 90-day period where you learn the basics of station life, equipment maintenance, and radio protocols.
Fire Academy Training
Complete the state-certified 64-hour and live burn training. We provide all gear.
Mentorship & Drills
Paired with a veteran member, you'll perform hands-on drills and start responding to non-IDLH calls.
Full Certification
Upon completion of all requirements, you are voted in as a full member and cleared for interior operations.
